We are pleased for deciding on a Canyon. The noises at your front wheel are unfortunate. Please send us your front wheel referring VRKL155*** to we will check it here in Koblenz. Unfortunately, we can send return note only within Germany. We would therefore ask you to send us the wrong goods delivered by standard mail with most releasable costs. To ensure fast processing of your returned product, please include also you order and customer number. If you provide us the receipt of the shipping cost, we will refund the expenses incurred, of course. Please add to this to the complete address of your bank, as well your IBAN and BIC.

Tuollainen vastaus tuli Canyonin asiakaspalvelusta. Englanti on tuossa paikoin aika mielenkiintoista. Pitäisi kuitenkin kiekko lähettää Saksaan... Ongelma oli siis etukiekon laakerista kuuluva rahina. Sitä ei enää kuulu, mutta ongelma itse mekaniikassa lienee edelleen. Kaipa se on pistettävä menemään. Mielipiteitä aiheesta?
