Vähän saman tyyppistä kokemusta teknisestä tuesta. Kerroin ongelmastani Macin kanssa ja sain seuraavan vastauksen:

Your Firewall or Antivirus may be compromising the communications between Bkool Indoor and the server, please try to make an exception for our program or the file Bsim2.exe in both tools or to temporarily disable them. If you have a free antivirus you can simply remove it from your PC and install another one later on.
