Steely Danissa on vähän vaikeasti hahmotettavaa vetovoimaa. Biisit eivät muutamaa poikkeusta lukuun ottamatta ole melodisesti kovin koukuttavia ja äijien laulutaito on rajallinen. Ehkä viehätys johtuu lukemattomista pienistä yksityiskohdista ja siitä, että lukuisista studiotunneista ja A1-luokan studiomuusikkojen käytöstä huolimatta Fagen&Becker ovat onnistuneet säilyttämään musiikissaan mielestäni hyvin lämminhenkisen tunnelman.
