SALES Manager (m|f|d)

Tasks:
- Building a sales strategy for the distribution of modular pump tracks in Finland
- Development, further development and maintenance of the CRM and CMS
- Development of new sales opportunities
- Customer loyalty and new customer acquisition through personal contact via telephone and email | Inbound and outbound
- First contact person for order processing for customers in all phases of the POS
- Information flow between customer and production for the optimal sales process
- Up-selling and cross-selling
Requirements:
- Experience in sales desired, but not essential
- Communicative personality who enjoys customer contact
- A feeling for addressing and arguments tailored to the target group
- Ideally first points of contact, affinity or passion for pump tracks and roller sports
- Open, loyal and honest personality
- High level of initiative and motivation
- Willingness to work 100% in the home office
- Finnish and English
- Willingness to travel to a limited extent
