Tässä vielä käymäni sähköpostikeskustelu Gran Canarialle v. 2017. Sen mukaan joka leirintäpaikkaan pitää hakea oma lupa. Systeemi on melko outo ja hankala, ja syynä ehkä maastopalon vaara ja siten retkeilijöiden jäljitettävyys. Siksi kokemus siitä, miten tuo toimii, olisi kiva kuulla.

I'd like to travel on several island of the Canarian Islands by bicyle
in June 2017, and to stay overnight in the camping areas (Zona de
acampada) in the mountains. I read the instructins of applying a licence
to camping, but still have following questions:

1. Do I need to know the dates and places of all my stayings beforehand?
Or can I get I licence to camp in any of the camping zones during the
time of validity of the licence? (I'm only staying overnights in a small
tent, not spending any days on the sites, i.e. less than 24h each)

2. Do I need a separate licence for each island (for example Gran
Canaria, Tenefire, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote)? Can I apply all of them
at the same time and get from office in Las palmas?

3. Can I get a validity of one month to the licence? (for eample
1.6.2017 - 30.6.2017)

4. How much does the permit (or permits) cost?

As regards your request for information received by us the 14th march 2017,we accuse receipt of it and we inform you that at the OIAC you can apply for permits in camping places, whether in colective (with capacity for more than 10 people) or reduced zones (which can hold up to 10 people). Camping permits can be processed directly at the OIAC, whose address is as follows- Str. Bravo Murillo, 23 acceding through Str. Pérez Galdós C.P: 35003 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or reserved through our telephone number 928-219229, e-mail: oiac@grancanaria.com or sending an application form by fax: 928-219449. This reservation will be temporary within a 3 days- period and you can apply for this from the first working day of the previous month you want to camp .Once reserved you must collect it at our office, identify yourself and sign it. Applicants must collect their permits 3 days after confirmation, provided with their identification card, passport or travel document. Likewise permits can be collected with an authorization. In order to do so, we will need you to present a standard model of authorization together with the identification card of the authorizing person.For this request you do not have to pay any fee.

Do this mean that I have to fill one application for each place where I want to camp?

I.e. If I want to spend four night in the mountains in different locations, I apply four licences, one for each camping zone with appropriate dates?

Good afternoon, the questions that have been answered by us are affirmative. For each camping area, you must request a permit because all three options are for your choice, in order of preference.

Condiciones

¤ El documento de reserva autoriza al solicitante y a las personas que lo acompañan para acampar en zona de servicio público gestionada por el Cabildo de Tenerife, en las fechas y para el número de personas y tiendas que figuran en el mismo. La persona solicitante debe ser mayor de edad, y asumirá la responsabilidad de los menores que incluya en el grupo, en ausencia de sus progenitores o tutores.
¤ La reserva autoriza la estancia en la zona de acampada desde la salida del sol del día señalado como fecha de entrada, hasta las 19:00 horas del día señalado como fecha de salida.
¤ Las zonas de acampada no cuentan con equipamiento propio, si bien, al estar en su gran mayoría anexas a un área recreativa que sí dispone de instalaciones y servicios, los acampados pueden hacer uso de los mismos en los términos establecidos para las áreas recreativas.
¤ Además de la instalación de las tiendas de campaña, está permitido el uso de mobiliario plegable de pequeño tamaño (mesas, sillas, sombrillas, pequeñas tiendas de montaje rápido para proteger a los niños del sol, etc.), siempre que no impidan o dificulten el tránsito de personas. No podrán instalarse otro tipo de dotaciones tales como: hamacas, tumbonas, castillos hinchables, carpas, tirolinas, columpios, etc.
¤ Únicamente podrá encenderse fuego para la preparación de alimentos, bien mediante el uso de bombonas de gas, o bien, en el caso de zonas de acampadas anexas a áreas recreativas, en los fogones habilitados para ello. En la zona de acampada podrán usarse bombonas de gas de hasta 3 Kg, que deberán instalarse en una superficie llana, desprovista de vegetación y de objetos cercanos. El uso de bombonas de más de 3 Kg sólo será posible en aquellas áreas recreativas que dispongan de un lugar expresamente habilitado y señalizado a tal fin, no pudiendo utilizarse bombonas de más de 13 Kg. El uso de barbacoas portátiles está prohibido.
Los vehículos se estacionarán en la zona habilitada como aparcamiento. Cuando únicamente sea posible estacionar en la pista de acceso, los vehículos no obstaculizarán el tránsito rodado por la vía, ni la entrada a cualquier otra pista.
